On 15 May 2019, the new rules were implemented for foreign nationals to obtain the citizenship by investment through the following additions. The changes include the addition of a government contributions of EUR 150,000 along with a property purchase investment of at least EUR 2 million to qualify for the citizenship and passport.

Complete all the application forms and necessary documentation along with setting up a bank account for the property purchase.

3. PRP Approval

The Permanent Residency Permit (PRP) is granted for all members within 5 – 10 days from filing the application.

4. Processing

File is submitted for verification for all applicants and is approved in approximately 6 to 8 months.

5. Citizenship Await

Upon receiving the approvals, visit Cyprus for the Oaths and collect your Citizenship and passport to become a Cypriot.
