GRENADA - CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT
The citizenship-by-investment program of Grenada was launched in 2013 and Grenada offer visa-free travel into China. Furthermore, it is the only citizenship-by-investment program which holds an E-2 Investor Visa treaty with the US, allowing Grenadian nationals the opportunity to enter and work in the US. Grenada, known as the ‘Isle of Spice’ is one of the most magnificent islands in the West Indies. THE NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION FUND (NTF) – CONTRIBUTION
Applicants opting for the NTF route must contribute at least USD 235,000 to the Fund plus USD 25,000 per additional dependent
REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
Applicants opting for the approved project (real estate) route must invest at least USD 200,000 or USD 350,000. They must keep the real estate for at least three years following the grant of citizenship.
