The citizenship by investment program of Saint Kitts and Nevis was established in 1984, making it the longest-established economic citizenship program worldwide. The country is a Commonwealth realm, with Elizabeth II as queen and head of state. The country grants full citizenships to investors within six months. Interested parties can acquire citizenship through investment made either in government-approved real estate or contributions to the Sustainable Growth Fund.
Applicants may qualify for citizenship through a contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF). The Applicant makes a one-time non-refundable contribution to the Government. The contribution will depend on the size of family.
The applicant purchases a government- approved share in real estate in Saint Kitts or Nevis with a value of at least US 400,000, which can be sold after 5 years. An applicant may opt for a property for the value of US $200,000 which may be sold after 7 years.
St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme has a unique opportunity for applicants who may require an expedited outcome. The Accelerated Application Process (AAP) guarantees successful applicants’ citizenship (including the issuing of passports) in 60 days or under.
