In 1990, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created. This visa category is targeted at qualified foreign nationals seeking to obtain lawful permanent residency by investing in a new commercial enterprise that will benefit the U.S. economy and create or save at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs. Currently the program is administered by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Program is one of five employment-based (EB) preference programs in the United States that provides the investor to obtain a green card by investing in a new commercial enterprise via regional centers in the United States.

Residency Through – Property Purchase:
- Investment in a Regional Centre that have been preapproved by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Make an investment of USD 500,000 and create full time employment for at least 10 qualified U.S workers.
